We are very pleased to announce that the Wonsild Group and Norton Lilly International are merging their Dry Cargo shipbroking activities in the U.S effectively as of April 1^st, 2012. As of this date all activities previously performed under the name Norton Lilly Shipbrokerage, LLC will be performed under the name Wonsild (USA) Inc along with activities already carried out under that name.

The Wonsild Group has been active in the US market for several decades and established Wonsild (USA) Inc effectively in April 2011. 

With this merger of activities Wonsild further cement its presence and strategic expansion in the U.S. market. Going forward Wonsild U.S. activities will be carried out from Mobile, Alabama and from Stamford. 

Norton Lilly Brokerage LLC is a company within Norton Lilly International, founded in 1841, the largest marine shipping agency in North America with offices in all major ports in North America as well as Panama, Caribbean & Mexico

Wonsild (USA) Inc is a company within the Wonsild Group, founded in 1904, offering shipbrokerage services for Dry Cargo and Tankers to its worldwide clients from offices in Stamford, Copenhagen, Hong Kong and Melbourne.
